Protection Plan Coverage
The Befitting Protection Plan covers breaks and damage to your prescription eyewear. Accidents happen and if your eyeglasses are damaged in a fall, drop, act of pet or child or many other unexpected circumstances, we will replace your eyewear with a new pair. Yes, a brand new pair. A few examples of what is covered can be found below.
Frame:
Warping or breakdown; cracked frames; damaged frame; vision-impeding damage; damage from pets such as from beaks, teeth, and claws; any other breakage that prevents you from using your eyewear as intended.
Lenses:
Scratches to lenses that impair the Iine of vision, affecting visual acuity; delamination and/or peeling of lens coating, bubbles, or imperfections in lens coating.
The Befitting Protection Plan is covers your new eyewar for the first 12 month (1 year).
Return Policy
If you decide within 30 days of your purchase that you would like to cancel your Befitting Protection Policy but keep your new eyewear, our Customer Care team can assist you with the cancellation and refund the $29.99. Our Customer Care team can be contacted via chat, email help@befitting.com or by phone Call 1-833-BEFITTING . Please have your order number ready and we will help you with the rest.

Make a Claim
All you need is a picture of your damaged eyewear to kick off your claim. Yep, that’s it—no forms, no fuss.
Making a claim is easy and we offer three options to initiate your claim.

No forms, no fuss! We will simply need a picture of your damaged eyewear and verify your coverage. Then we create a replacement order for you, new frame and lenses, to be delivered to your home. Easy as that.
Once we have obtained a picture of your broken eyewear, we do not need them. Anything after that is up to you!
Your Befitting Protection Plan will replace your damaged eyewear with the same prescription, same frame and same lens as originally purchased.
No, there are no hidden fee, deductible or co-pay. We are going to cover your standard shipping also! Literally, no additional fees for your replacement pair.
Replacement Eyewear
You’re covered when we ship your eyewear and lasts for one (1) year.
Your replacement pair will have standard shipping.
